feeling ill

just messin - findin out how 2 do this!
Am feelin fIRLY POORLY AND SORRY 4 MYSELF - SORE FROAT, ACHES, SLIGHT HEAD ACHE - ALL AFTER PARACETAMOL. just realised re upper case - not bothered enough to change.
If anyone know lil ol me join in!
